I know this is possible but how can I do this? I want to have
Windows 7 and Windows 8 both on my computer without losing
any data from running one or the other. I know it's possible
because on my last computer I had Windows Vista and
Windows XP. I got to decide which one I ran that session when
my computer was starting up. Please, there's no reason to
type out an entire tutorial. Just a link will suffice.

I would also suggest VitualBox if you're just dinking around with Win8 since it's complete crap unless you have a touchscreen monitor.

I've dual boot with Windows 7 / 8, and I prefer Windows 8 the most.
Let's not start a argument here, maybe you should make a post
discussing the pros and cons. I'd put some on that. :)

Personal Opinion:
- Windows 8: Windows 7, just faster.
Please stop posting here. I said

Perhaps I should have used the word "thread" instead, please also
don't post a response here or it makes post grinding kind of plausible...
