As the title says, where did you learn to program? School? Youtube? Books?
For me (and i'm a very very amateur programmer) I learned Java basics in high school, the rest I learned on various websites online. Now I'm trying to be serious with coding and i'm watching a few video courses from Lynda.com and Pluralsight.com. My personal favor is the pluralsight courses (I think I torrented them), the lynda.com ones are xxxxing boring as xxxx (monotone teacher) but I'm curious to know where everyone else has spent most their time learning. :)

The trusty Control, C and V key taught me all the programming I needed to know.
