I want to make visibility check.Question is how to read the crossid value before writing angle ? eg: if(writetoangle | crossid <= playercount) aim = true else false)

You're a lucky guy. Since we know if somebody writes something with "IncrossId" he writes a cheat for a source engine based game. And also we know you're writing an external because otherwise you wouldn't ask.
Simply:
  • Parse the .bsp file
  • Get the current dleaf_t pointer via GetLeafForPoint()
  • Check if( !( leaf->contents & CONTENTS_SOLID ) )

Better:
  • Parse the .bsp file
  • Check leafs/nodes/brushes
  • Rebuild the traceray

Pro:
  • Parse the .bsp file
  • Parse the .mdl files inside the .vpk files
  • Check leafs/nodes/brushes
  • Check static props
  • Rebuild the traceray

Somedays I will release my bsp/mdl parser + trace

How would that even work, if you're aiming at the player then aimbot will snap? However if you really want to do it:
C++:
if(crossid > 0 && crossid < 64)
{
   write_angle();
}

CrosshairID is not really for aimbots because you need to already be aiming at them before it gives you any information
