There is a problem with the invisible, the player behind the walls, please help me

C++:
if ( wallhack == 1 ) //-- RED
{
if(Stride == 32 )
{
pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_ZENABLE, D3DZB_FALSE);
pDevice->SetTexture(0, Red);
pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_FILLMODE, D3DFILL_SOLID);
pDrawIndexedPrimitive(pDevice, Type, BaseVertexIndex, MinVertexIndex, NumVertices, startIndex, PrimitiveCount);
pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_ZENABLE, D3DZB_TRUE);
pDevice->SetTexture(0, Red);
pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_FILLMODE, D3DFILL_SOLID);
}

Use code tags bruh.
Anyway this part of code basically looks correct. But there may be other parts wrong. Is the stride correct? Does the game even call the hook? ...
Debug it carefully to find what exactly the problem is. From these few lines nobody can tell.
