c++
I have completed everything on the beginner's guide up until you make your first external hack.
I spent 30ish hours learning basic c++.
I've rewatched the tutorial multiple times and I don't see an error.

I feel really stupid because it's probably something obvious.

Info about files I attached -
-Console prints out information but doesn't do anything and it shows it doesn't do anything.
-The addresses in the console are random.
-The first cheat engine entry "ammo", is meaningless, I forgot to remove it.

The cubefps.zip is the visual studio file.

Do as Butch said, change L"ac_client.ex" to L"ac_client.exe".

I tested using your source code with the process name corrected and it worked fine.

You wrote the wrong name
"ac_client.exe" not "ac_client.ex"
Thanks man, this is kinda related, why does visual studio always open 2 consoles. One has all my normal output information and my other one just say "press any key to continue". Any idea why I get 2? It happens with every code I build and run.

This question is not related.

As you write a ConsoleApp and run your program through the VS Debugger it will not quit right away.
Try to run your .exe from the build directory instead. Bet the second window isn't there anymore.

One more thing. Don't use dynamic vectors (your offsets) if you already know the size. Well, you can still do it but make the variable const so if you change it, there will be no memory reallocation (because you can't change it :p) when the size changes (which could be expensive on larger programs).
