I don't understand why Fleep selected the value of hexadecimals in the following code.
C++:
//AMMO VARS
bool AmmoStatus;
BYTE AmmoValue[] = {0xA3, 0x1C, 0x0, 0x0};
^^^
I don't understand why he chose 0xA3 and 0x1C. I do have some knowledge in C++. I just recently got back into C++ programming. I was working with VB.NET for Non-Game Hacking purposes XD. Sorry if this is a dumb question :(.

well those bytes signify 7331.1337 in 4 bytes (Integer) depending on how you use it

It are probably machine instructions, did you watch the video?
Yes I did. Apparently it's a 4 byte Integer that is 7331,1337. I went to a hexadecimal calculator and I didn't get those results.

that's because its a byte array, not one giant byte.

Go into CE get an address, change its value to 1337 (4 bytes mind you).

then change it from 4 bytes to byte array and show as hexadecimal and you will see.
