Hello guys!
Maybe some of the D3d menu maker have this issue, so here is a simple solution.

C++:
if (GetAsyncKeyState(VK_LBUTTON) & 0x8000)
 {
  
  if (isMenuOn && isMouseinRegion(x, y, x + w, y + 30))
  {
   somebool = true;
  }
  if (somebool)
  {

   PrintText("Clicked", x + 35, y + 34, RED, g_pFont);

   MenuX = cPos.x - 68;
   MenuY = cPos.y - 10;
  }

 }
 else
 {
  somebool = false;
 }

you could simplify that to

C++:
someBool = ( (GetAsyncKeyState(VK_LBUTTON) & 0x8000)  && isMenuOn && isMouseinRegion(x, y, x + w, y + 30) );

if(someBool)
{
  move xxxx
}
That way you don't need that else, because it'll already by set to false if any of them fail
