C++:
HRESULT WINAPI DrawIndexedPrimitive(LPDIRECT3DDEVICE8 pDevice, D3DPRIMITIVETYPE Type,
                      UINT MinIndex, UINT NumVertices, UINT StartIndex, UINT PrimitiveCount)
{
 LPDIRECT3DVERTEXBUFFER8 Stream_Data;
 UINT Stride = 0;

 if(pDevice->GetStreamSource(0, &Stream_Data, &Stride) == D3D_OK)
 Stream_Data->Release();
 //code
 bool charms;

 if(Stride == 40 && charms || Stride == 44 && charms)
 {
	 pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_ZENABLE,false);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_LIGHTING,true);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_SHADEMODE,D3DSHADE_FLAT);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_AMBIENT,RED);
   pDevice->DrawIndexedPrimitive(pDevice, Type, BaseVertexIndex, MinVertexIndex, NumVertices, startIndex, primCount);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_ZENABLE,true);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_LIGHTING,true);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_SHADEMODE,D3DSHADE_FLAT);
   pDevice->SetRenderState(D3DRS_AMBIENT,GREEN);
 }
  if ((GetAsyncKeyState(VK_DELETE)&1) == 1) //Delete Key to activate charms
	  charms = !charms;// COlour Charms

  return DrawIndexedPrimitive_Pointer(pDevice, Type, MinIndex, NumVertices, StartIndex, PrimitiveCount);
}

I keep on get this error

I know it isn't really a solution to the problem but I recommend you to first learn c++ before you start off copy pasting source codes and expecting them to work ;)

undeclared identifier-> It's mean that YOU UNDECLARED IDENTIFIER . You have to declare it
