github is kewl, BitBucket has free private repos

I think github website GUI is more intuitive and kewler, but I'm using BitBucket because of free private repos

Which one do you prefer?

The implentation of github in vs 15 is just sick. So github, on the other hand bitbucket has da dank free private repos.

Hard to choose there... but Brohoin is right... pastebin 4 life :fleep:

Important to realize VS has a GIT plugin, not a github plugin, so you can use the exact same plugin to push/pull/whatever from any repo that uses git, so Bitbucket, Github, Gitlabs, etc.

It has a git plugin yes, but if you are using it with github actually you get a better integration actually lol, like issues and stuff :)

I use the regular git functions that are built into visual studio to push to bitbucket and it works great!
