I cannot find ones that are CONSISTENT. If anyone hacks this game or is looking for a challenge, I need your help.

Player pointer list: "client.dll" + 0x546204

each player pointer is 10 bytes from the last.

Hi Shadoninja,
I made an account just to reply tothis topic.
I also made my first aimhax for counter strike source and you should run into no problems using fleeps tutorial.
to answer your question:

The pointer to the player list is: Clientdll+0x57E3C8
So the value this address contains is our real playerlist pointer, remember this.

For the offsets:
each entity/players base is seperated 0x140 from the last / next

MouseX offset = 0x70
MouseY offset = 0x6C

some more:
int* entity_posx_offset = ((int*)0x60);
int* entity_posy_offset = ((int*)0x64);
int* entity_posz_offset = ((int*)0x68);
int* entity_health_offset = ((int*)0x5C);
int* entity_name_offset = ((int*)0x38);
int* entity_team_offset = ((int*)0x58);

good luck!

Hey LolHax, great to know that my tutorial helped you.

Would you be willing to share how you found the enemy base address, I haven't attempted to do so in CS:S but I have been having trouble with a game and can't seem to find the enemy base array in order to loop through the data.

To answer your question:
This is a quick way on how i found the BaseEntity pointer.

1- Search for player health and take its address.
2- Hit new Scan > Value Between > Check the Hex CheckBox >
3- in the first textbox enter the health address and replace the last 3 characters with zero's.
4- in the second textbox enter the health address
5- Press first scan. Now you will find a list of addresses that might contain the address that points to your entity base.
6 - In CS: S the pointer to the baseEntity pointer is a static value so we look for the static address "Green in the address list"

Thats it!
