      CS:GO VAC:Is "Blue WH" detected?

      John Kittz
Hi!I was wondering about the r_drawothermodels 2 wh in CS:GO.I have made a cheat engine trainer for it,but don't dare trying it So what do you think about it?Will I get VAC ban,if I go to a server with it?
      Thanks in advance!

If you play on offical Valve Servers (Matchmaking or normal valve servers as well I think), you'll get untrusted and then VAC banned, yes.

What does getting untrusted mean? And if I play on a normal Pub server?

hmm what is talked here is confusing me, at the beginning of my hacking-time I started with basics like bypassing such and never got banned for it~

Untrusted means that the System running on the Valve Servers detected the change of the CVAR. Basically server sided checks which lead to vac bans when they trigger.
Normal pub servers don't have this detection routine, but it might be added sooner or later.

@joczo : lol. I just overwrote the values of eg r_drawothermodels etc at the beginning and never got banned hahaha xD but keep in mind that writing to a anti-cheat protected game is normaly bannable, may i had luck or its cuz i never released it xD (private hacks are mostly 95% UD)

No it was probably before they introduced the system or you didn't play on official Valve servers, since with the Serversided Check it doesn't matter if private or not.
