      dwmapi.h help

      Silent VPN
      Hello. Im programming in Codeblocks(dont ask why )

      But i have a problem.. im tyring to include dwmapi but it doesnt work, it says... No such file or directory.

      Anyone got any ideas ?

      Do you have the standard libraries (needed headers)? If you do try #pragma comment(lib, "dwmapi.lib"). Btw dwmapi is only compatible with vista and above

      Yepp.. windows 7.. I have windows sdk with dwmapi.h in there....

      this one works : #pragma comment(lib, "dwmapi.lib")

      But dwmpai.h doesnt :/ any ideas :?

      Windows stuff should be programmed in msvc++. Its simple and everything works fine, i remember i couldnt compile many sources containing windows APIs with codeblocks.

      Codeblocks will do just fine.. There isn't much to set up either, as much as I've had contact eith it.

      Why should programs for windows be done on msvc??

      Btw, op, is it <dwmapi.h> or "dwmapi.h"?

      Well i fixed it by downloading visual c++ ...

      Now i have a problem with my world2screen.... will try some more before i ask for help
