      My Introduction, again :P

      How to Manual Map DLL
Hey Everyone. I was accidently banned on my other account so I decided to redo my introduction so everyone who wants to know about me can. I'm a 3rd year student, don't let that fool you cause i'm old, and finishing up my degree in IT with emphasis in Information Security and Forensics. I'm looking to get a job working for either a Law Enforcement agency where I extract data from various computers, or looking to become a private penetration tester. I also do programming as a hobby. I have tried out pretty much all languages, but my favorites are C,C++, and C#. I'm not a fan of VB or JAVA. I've been working on game hacking off and on for a few years. Haven't done anything advanced yet. Pretty much just find values for money, ammo ect.. and modifying those. Hopefully with the tutorials here I'll be able to learn more advanced techniques. Computer security is one of my favorite hobbies. Once I get my certifications i'm going to try to do penetration testing as a side job. I'm also here to help teach others what I know and hopefully contribute to this community. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and working with some of you. Laters

So I take it if your planning on doing Penetration testing you understand packet encryption techniques as well as SQL and its injection flaws? (im assuming you would know a lot more, I havnt done much work in the area of server cracking - I find it to be to "Black Hat" for my purposes) Either way, welcome again good to have you.

      Hey,
I don't really know what happened before
but if it was an accident than welcome back!
Sounds like you have a good amount of
experience in coding, so if I have an issue
with the same stuff you're doing, I'll
      bring it to you.

Also, computer security and Forensics are
pretty hard I heard, are you any good them?

I don't think it's that hard. It's all about thinking and using the right tools for the right job. Many people getting into this field think there is an all-in-one tool that can do everything and that just isn't the case. You have to have several tools in your arsenal. Even having old tools can be beneficial because a lot of people still run old OS's and you may need an older one designed back in the day. I've been using EnCase, Forensic Toolkit (FTK), and OSForensics for getting used to how everything works and solving some problems.

That's very interesting, I'm actually taking a forensics class next semester
