If I speak for myself, I only have read one c++ book on paperback and that's it. I aquire knowledge from the internet mainly. You just have to know how things work and figure out how can you implement your knowledge to change the way things work. But that's just the way it works for me

Sadly I apparently cannot suggest any good books for specifically game hacking

Do you make hacks? If yes, what did you use on the internet to learn?

      My brain

Actually it started out quite slowly. Don't expect to jump into serious business as you start

I have never watched any game hacking or cracking releated tutorials. Besides stumbeling on Fleep's one by accident. I just don't find them useful, unless you need to get a very brief image of how things work.

I'm a that type of person who has to do it all by himself, lone wolf if I may say so

Books and trial & error are the things which in my mind move you on on your path the fastest and best way.
Also it's never bad to have friends in inner circles with more information and knowledge, who can share some really useful tips with you so you can figure things out and be proud of yourself and thankful to your smart friends

It isn't if you start to understand how things work and think things out on your own
